Recipe Ingredients for Nancy's Taco Soup

1 pound lean ground beef
2 tbs. olive oil
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves
1 tbs. chili powder
16 oz. frozen corn
2 cups dried pinto beans
6 cups water
3 tsp. salt
100 g black beans, boiled
14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies
15 oz water
8 oz salsa

Recipe Directions for Nancy's Taco Soup

Cook dried pinto beans in a crock pot for 6 hours in 6 cups of water on high with 1 tsp. salt. Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic in olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until thickened. Serve with cheese, sour cream and corn chips.
