Recipe Ingredients for Nancy's Rhubarb Crisp

1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
3 cups rhubarb
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Nancy's Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Beat the egg and stir in sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Add chopped rhubarb and blend well. Spoon into a greased 8 inch baking dish.

  2. Combine butter, brown sugar, and 2/3 cup flour. Mix until crumbly and then spinkle over the rhubarb mix.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
