Raw cranberries chopped with apples, oranges, nuts, and dates. Great for holiday meals. Keeps a week in the fridge...but it won't last that long. Easy prep in less than 10 minutes. For special events you can add flaked coconut or a bit of Cool Whip to dress it up.

Recipe Ingredients for Nancy's Raw Cranberry-Fruit Salad

16 oz. raw cranberries
2 small navel oranges
2 apples
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Nancy's Raw Cranberry-Fruit Salad

  1. Food processor, spatula, measuring cups, large bowl and storage bowl with lid.

  2. Ingredients:

  3. 16-ounce bag of fresh cranberries, sorted over and rinsed.

  4. 2 small or one large Navel Orange, peeled and sectioned

  5. 2 Granny Smith or other yellow/green apple, cored and quartered but not peeled

  6. one-half cup chopped, pitted dates

  7. one-half cup chopped walnuts
