2 green peppers
8 oz turkey breast
1/2 c oatmeal
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/4 c egg substitute
1/4 c water
1 tsp basil

Recipe Directions for nancy's italian stuffed peppers

  1. clean and slice peppers in half, long ways

  2. mix egg, spices, water, parmesan and oatmeal

  3. add meat

  4. stuff into cleaned peppers

  5. pour 15 oz jar pasta sauce over top and bake for 30-45 minutes

  6. serve over pasta
