Recipe Ingredients for Nancy's Granola

7 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup Craisins

Recipe Directions for Nancy's Granola

heat oil and honey for about one minute in microwave until it begins to boil. Add to mixed dry ingredients until well-coated and then put in shallow pans in a 350 degree oven. Stir every 10 to 15 minutes. Don't let it burn. Cool thoroughly and pack in air-tight containers.
