Got tired of the sodium listed in canned chili. Made my own.

Recipe Ingredients for Nancy's Chili

32 oz Ground White Turkey, 98% Fat-free
2 Can Beans
10 tbsp Hunts Tomato Paste
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tsp Garlic
4 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Nancy's Chili

Fry Turkey in frying pan. If it doesn't produce enough fat to cook it in, add some water to simmer it. drain any fat or add leftover water to pot. mix remaining ingredients in pot, add turkey. simmer for a couple of hours. freezes great.
