Recipe Ingredients for Nancy's Beef Roast

2.33 lbs Laura's Lean Roasts (Rounds) Top Round
20 oz frozen mixed vegtables
2 (46g) packages Brown Gravy
1 oz Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Onion, Mix, Dry
4 cups Yukon gold potatoes
1 cup vidalia onion
1/2 cup celery
4 tbsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Nancy's Beef Roast

  1. spray crock pot with cooking spray

  2. Thaw veggies & put in pot, add celery and onions

  3. sprinkle onion soup mix & garlic over veggies

  4. slice potatoes & layer them in pot next

  5. Sear roast in skillet over high heat & add to the pot

  6. Mix gravy in 2 cups water & pour over all

  7. Add lid & cook 4 - 5 hours
