Recipe Ingredients for Nana's tea biscuits

2 1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 dash Salt, Table
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Nana's tea biscuits

Mix flour and baking powder. Cut in butter. Add milk all at once and quickly stir it in before turning the dough out. Quickly knead dough, flatten to 1-inch thickness, cut into 12 pieces, brush with milk and bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
