Recipe Ingredients for Nana's Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup 1% milk
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Nana's Blueberry Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients,

  2. add egg, melted shortening (or olive oil) and milk until smooth.

  3. Stir in blueberries.

  4. Turn into well greased muffin tins and

  5. bake 15-20 min @ 400 degrees.
