Recipe Ingredients for Nanaimo Bars

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
115 g unsweetened coconut
1/3 cup (75 mL) finely chopped walnut halves
1/4 cup (60 mL) cocoa powder
1/4 cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
1/3 cup (75 mL) margarine
3 egg whites
1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
1/2 oz jello vanilla pudding powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla
2 cups (500 mL) icing sugar
2 tbsp (30 mL) soy milk
4 oz (113 g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) margarine
