1 strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mango, kale, flax seed powder, chia seeds, agave

Recipe Directions for Naj's Smoothie

About 3 cups of kale, 1/4 cup of strawberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1 1/2 cups of mango, 1/4 of banana, 2 tbsp of flax seed [powder/ground/milled], 1 tbsp of chia seeds, and 2 tbsp of agave (or sweeten to your liking). Blend!!
