Yummy nachos with lots of good things for us!

Recipe Ingredients for Nachos

5 oz Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
1.75 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 medium raw Tomato Roma
2 serving Cream Cheese Original
3 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
14 tbsp Sliced Olives

Recipe Directions for Nachos

Spread Chips on cookie sheet. Layer all ingredients on top of chips. Put Cheese as final layer. I like to puree 3 tomatoes and mix them with the cream cheese and a little bit of the mexican cheese. This helps make the melted cheese a bit creamier and also gets my daughter to eat tomato which she normally refuses.
