Recipe Ingredients for Nachos

6 oz tortilla chips, baked and unsalted
15 ounce refried beans
8 oz fat free shredded cheddar
2 leaf romaine, shredded
2 plum tomatoes, diced small
1/4 cup onions, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Nachos

Mix the beans with enough water to get a consistency that can be picked up with a chip. Put in a square oven-proof glass pan, and top with cheese. Bake at 400 for about 10 to 15 minutes or until hot throughout, and the cheese is melted. Top with the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
