28 g corn tortilla chips
1 small green onion
1/4 avocado
1/4 tomato
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup fat-free refried beans (rosarita)
1 tbs diced green chiles

Recipe Directions for Nachos

  1. spread beans onto chips

  2. top with veggies and cheese

  3. microwave until cheese is melted (~1 min)

  4. garnish with avocado and fat-free sour cream if desired
