A fattening meal--tasty but bad for you.

Recipe Ingredients for Nachos

4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz chopped olives
2 oz diced green chiles
1 chicken breast
40 tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Nachos

Chop up chicken breast and saute in a bit of water with some taco seasoning. Put chips on a cookie sheet or metal pizza pan. Top with remaining ingredients, putting the cheese on last to hold everything together. Heat in 350 oven for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Instead of cheddar cheese-use a Mexican or Taco blend of shredded cheeses.
