healthier version of a yummy yet still damn tasty nachos

Recipe Ingredients for nachos

0.5 cup Yeast, Nutritional T6635
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
100 chips Soy Chips
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
9 serving VIGO GIARDINERA
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 serving Green Stuffed with Pimiento Olives

Recipe Directions for nachos

make the nutritional yeast cheese : 2 cups water, nutritional yeast, the flour, 2 tsp garlic salt, blend over fire till it thickens. Add 2 tablespoons mustard. Add the oil and mix. Set chips on a plate or bowl. Drizzle the chips with the "cheese". Sprinkle the rest of the cut up stuff on top of the chips and "cheese" don't forget to lick the plate :D
