Recipe Ingredients for Nachos

16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
13 oz Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions
2 medium Green Bell Pepper
6 oz Mexican Cheese Spreads
1 Medium Tomatoes
4 oz All Natural Medium Salsa
4 oz Reduced Fat Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Nachos

Fry veggies in oil, cook beef until brown. Lay out chips on a baking pan, cover with veggies, beef, and cheese. Cook at 475 for 10 minutes. Serve with diced tomato, sour cream, and salsa.
