6 cups mashed potatoes 1 cup Daiya cheddar cheese, shredded 3 tablespoons TVP bacon bits salsa (on side)

Recipe Directions for Nacho Potatoes

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (450F).

  2. Line a 13?x 9? aluminum foil pan with crumpled quick-release foil.

  3. Place mashed potatoes in a single layer in pan, place pan in oven.

  4. Cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed, stir/turn product and cook for an additional 5 minutes until hot throughout.

  5. Remove pan from the grill and top mashed potatoes with bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Return pan to the oven and cook for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove pan from oven and put salsa on side.
