Recipe Ingredients for Nacho Casserole

1 serving Refried Beans, Traditional
1 cup Enchilada Sauce
1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
6 tsp dry mix Taco Seasoning
1 cup Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
2 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
6 leaf Lettuce, Looseleaf
2 Medium Tomatoes
4 oz Spicier Nacho Flavored Tortilla Chips
3 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Nacho Casserole

  1. Brown hamburger

  2. add onion, cooked until clear

  3. add seasons, mix well

  4. add enchilada sauce, mix well

  5. add beans, mix well

  6. crumble dorritos into bottom of casserole dish

  7. spread bean mix over top

  8. spread cheese soup over bean mixture

  9. sprinkle shredded cheese over top

  10. baked 15 minutes at 400

  11. top with lettuce and tomatoes
