This is my Sunday dinner and I do really look forward to and enjoy it. I find it very satisfying and comforting as I always loved my Sunday dinners as a child. I focus here more on veg and protein but I have to have one of my homemade yorkshires!

Recipe Ingredients for MyVegetarian Sunday Non Roast

1 oz Yorkshire Pudding
2 Fillets Quorn*
1 cup Peas, Green
1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 Serving Gravy

Recipe Directions for MyVegetarian Sunday Non Roast

Everything is boiled, but Quorn fillets are done in microwave. Its a quick meal to make and shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes to cook. The yorkshire Puddings I make my whisking flour, milk and eggs together and then heating up wells filled with olive oil. Then when they re boiling I pour in my mixture and cook in the oven until done, but not too crispy. My other half will eat a huge pile of these which is quite depressing to watch because they go down very well :)
