Recipe Ingredients for Mystery Fish Dish

1 tablespoon low-calorie margarine
2 tsp curry powder
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 lb fresh salmon, skinned and cut into 2-inch chunks
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Mystery Fish Dish

  1. Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Melt margarine in covered casserole. Add curry powder, onion, and cabbage, stir to coat. Cover and microwave on High for 4 minutes.

  2. Stir. Mound cabbage in center of dish and arrange salmon around cabbage.

  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cover and microwave on High for 8 minutes. Stir. Replace cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
