use 1 part TVP to 3 parts ground beef

Recipe Ingredients for Myla's Meatloaf - Healthier Version

1 1/2 lbs ground beef, lean
1/2 lbs textured vegetable protein
2 slices bread
36 saltine crackers (1 package)
1 onion
1/4 cup catsup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy milk
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Myla's Meatloaf - Healthier Version

  1. Chop onions

  2. Shred bread

  3. Crush crackers and soak in milk

  4. Mix everything into ground beef.

  5. Add dried bread crumbs if necessary to get the right texture.

  6. Bake at 375 degree for 1 hour. Let sit 10 minutes. Serve
