Recipe Ingredients for Myla's Hearty Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

516 grams Chicken Breasts (3 skinless, boneless breasts split)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tspo onion powder
1 onion
3 stalks celery
1 tbsp olive oil
10 3/4 ounce (Campbell's) Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup - condensed
10 3/4 ounce (Campbell's) Cream of Celery Soup - Healthy Request Condensed Soups soup
10 3/4 ounce fat-free milk (canned)
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
12 ounce seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 tsp sage

Recipe Directions for Myla's Hearty Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

  1. DIRECTIONS

  2. Saute chickn with garlic and opnion powder in a saucepan until cooked.

  3. Remove chicken from pan, reserving broth.

  4. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  6. In a medium bowl mix together --cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup. Fill one empty soup can with milk, and mix milk with soups.

  7. Pour mixture over chicken.

  8. Saute together onion and celery. In a small bowl combine stuffing and broth; mix together and spoon mixture over casserole.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
