Recipe Ingredients for Myla's Broccoli Chicken Casserole

4 ounces noodles (dried, medium)
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
10 ounces broccoli (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup onions
10 3/4 ounce cream of chicken or mushroom soup (I use reduced sodium and lo-fat)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1 tsp basil, dried and crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Paprika to taste

Recipe Directions for Myla's Broccoli Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook and drain noodles (according to pkg)

  2. In a 2 quart casserole, stir together noodles, chicken, broccoli and onions (can use fresh broccoli)

  3. In a medium bowl, stir together soup, milk, sour creamcheese, basil and pepper. Stir into noodle mixture.

  4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or til heated through.

  5. Sprinkle with Paprika
