This is taken from MyAlli Diet Plan. Add 1/2 tsp of Chinese five spice if you can find it. Calorie counter couldn't figure out how to count it.

Recipe Ingredients for MyAlli - BBQ Chicken Breast with Roasted Red Potatoes

1 tsp paprika
4 tsp parsley
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp brown sugar, packed
22 oz chicken breast, raw
4 tbsp barbecue sauce
20 oz red potatoes

Recipe Directions for MyAlli - BBQ Chicken Breast with Roasted Red Potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into quarters.

  2. Combine half the paprika, parsley, pepper and all of the onion powder.

  3. Toss potatoes in 1/2 of the olive oil and the combined spices above. Lay out evenly on a cookie sheet and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.

  4. To prepare chikcen, combine the rest of the olive oil with the chinese five spice, brown sugar and the rest of the spices above. Add mixture to chicken breasts and coat evenly.

  5. Lay chicken breasts on a sheet tray or baking dish lightly coated with PAM. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. Toss chicken with Barbecue sauce and serve next to the potatoes.
