Recipe Ingredients for my zucchini cakes

2 1/2 c grated zucchini
3/4 c grated onion
1/4 c finely grated carrot
1 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp old bay
1/8 c oil

Recipe Directions for my zucchini cakes

  1. mix all ingredients besides oil

  2. heat oil on medium high

  3. drop 2 to 3 tbsp of mixture into oil

  4. flatten and fry until crisp on both sides
