Recipe Ingredients for my WW soup

4 cups kale
1 large leek
100 g onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
140 g tomato
140 g celery

Recipe Directions for my WW soup

  1. Chop all veggies.

  2. Brown onion, tomato and celery in olive oil

  3. put rest of veggies in pot

  4. add 5cups water

  5. bring to boil, then simmer for an hour
