This is a dairy free waffle recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for My Waffle's

2 cups cake flour
4 eggs
4 tbs of margarine (melted)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 cups soy milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for My Waffle's

  1. First bowl mix the cake flour, salt and baking powder.

  2. Second bowl beat yolks, sugar and vanilla until creamy light yellow then add the melted butter and beat again for another 30 seconds then add the soy milk, then beat for 30 secs.

  3. Third bowl beat egg white until stiff.

  4. Add the liquids to the flour slowly and mix (not over mix) maybe 30-40 times. Then fold in the egg whites.
