1/2 avocado
113 grams of spaghetti sauce
45 gram onion
1 gram parmesan cheese

  1. slice tofu into 1 inch slabs

  2. slice onions

  3. dice avocados

  4. sliver mushrooms

  5. place tofu in an oven proof dish and top with all toppings with spaghetti sauce last

  6. bake at 190 C (320F)

  7. add parmesan cheese
