My Veggie dish. Add 1/4 tsp Grama masala spices. Dried figs are actually driend dates. And subsitute Soy Sauce with Liquid Aminos if available.

Recipe Ingredients for My Veggie Dish

2 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 carrot Carrots
1 cup Asparagus
1/2 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 figs International Harvest Organic Dried Figs
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for My Veggie Dish

  1. chope up veggis and dates.

  2. Heat pan with the olive oil and garam masala.

  3. throw in veggies and dates and add 1/4 cup water and 1 tbs balsamic vinegar.

  4. Cover and cook over low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes till potatoes are soft.

  5. Serve hot and salt to taste with liquid aminos.

  6. Hard boil 1 egg and add to meal if desired.
