need to add in a 5.5 ounce/163 gram V8 low sodium vegetable juice, 1 tsp Tones chicken base & 1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce to recipe

1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
3 red potatoes, diced
425 grams can black beans
411 grams Del Monte diced tomatoes, no salt added
22 ounces water
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
100 grams frozen spinach
113 grams frozen peas
113 grams frozen corn

Recipe Directions for My vegetable soup #1

  1. combine everything in crockpot and cook on high 5 to 6 hours.

  2. the added Sriracha sauce, Tones chicken base & V8 juice = additional 6.25 cal, 1 g carbs & 120 mg salt per serving
