Recipe Ingredients for my usual omelette

1 ( large) egg
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 slice fat free cheese
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. zuchini, chopped
1 tbsp. mushrooms, chopped

Recipe Directions for my usual omelette

  1. spray egg skillet with cooking spray

  2. chop veggies,

  3. saute veggies

  4. mix together, eggs,

  5. pour over veggies, cook slow until it is almost set

  6. turn over briefly, then back again, Add cheed, to one side, fold over, cook another short while, serve up
