Recipe Ingredients for My tweek on Stub's rolls

2 cups warm water
4 1/2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp shortening
1 egg
1/4 cup splenda for baking
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp benefiber
6 cups flour

Recipe Directions for My tweek on Stub's rolls

  1. Sitr yeast and water. Add other ingredients, stirring after each one. Add flour, one cup at a time to make a soft, sticky dough.

  2. Grease bowl (Pam spray) and top of dough and cover with clean towel. Let rise one hour.

  3. Roll on floured surface and cut into 2" circles. Form into oval shape and dip 1/2 in melted butter to seal edges.

  4. Place on greased cookie sheet close together. Let rise one hour.

  5. Bake at 375* for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. This dough can also be used for cinnamon or orange or brown sugar rolls.
