i haven't actually made it yet so . . . it came out good! i add a slice of melted cheddar cheese on top and some sour cream :)

Recipe Ingredients for my turkey chili

8 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
8 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
8 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups frozen corn
4 cups tomatoes
1 1/2 cup green pepper
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp chili pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
8 oz tomato sauce (hunts)
2 cup mushrooms
1 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
2 jalepeno peppers

Recipe Directions for my turkey chili

  1. divide spices

  2. cook the beans half way in a separate pot

  3. brown turkey in another pot

  4. add garlic (minced), onion (chopped), and half of the spices

  5. add turkey to beans along with tomatoes, corn, pepper, tomato paste, mushroom

  6. add water as necessary

  7. cook until beans are cooked through
