My version of tuna with lots of veggies and no mayo. I also like to add red pepper flakes. 1 serving = 1/4 cup

Recipe Ingredients for My tuna

168 gram tuna
61 gram carrot
40 gram celery
34 gram pickle spear
1 tbsp pickle juice
2 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for My tuna

  1. Peel carrot and celery.

  2. Chop carrot, celery and pickle by hand or food processor.

  3. Drain excess liquid in vegetables. Drain excess liquid from tuna.

  4. Combine tuna and veggies.

  5. Add mustard and pickle juice.

  6. Alterations: salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise
