1 T rice flour
1 1/2 c unsweetened soy milk
3/4 c tomato paste
3 cups tomato juice
1 t dried oregano
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

  1. Heat oil and add flour.

  2. Whisk in soy milk.

  3. Melt in tomato paste.

  4. Add tomato juice, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  5. Heat through to thicken.
