Recipe Ingredients for My tiny bit better meatloaf

2 tbls contadina tomato paste
6 tbls Egg substitute
15 g Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
2 oz bread crumbs
1 lb beef ground 90%
3 tbls contadina tomato paste
3 tsp splenda

Recipe Directions for My tiny bit better meatloaf

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add the meat and mix very well. Shape into a loaf shape and put in pan.

  3. In a small separate bowl mix together the last two ingredients and spread on top of meatloaf.

  4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes (depending on your oven) at 375 degrees F.
