My Thai Noodle Soup. All ingredients cooked in chicken stock until soft. Freezes too!

Recipe Ingredients for My Thai Noodle Soup

1 slices Turkey Breast Meat
1 Block Noodles
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1 small(74 g) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 cup, shredded Cabbage, Chinese (Pak-choi)
1 oz Peppers

Recipe Directions for My Thai Noodle Soup

Heat a wok with a small amount of veg oil in the bottom. Put Turkey in and cook for 2 mins. Add vegetables and cook for further minute. Add veg stock and simmer for 5 mins to combine flavours. Add noodles and simmer until cooked.
