400 grams Cucumber
246 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
40 grams Parsley
30 grams Bulgur Wheat
4 1tsp Olive Oil
30 grams Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for My_tabouleh

  1. chop up the veggies, add the cracked wheat, kidney beans, the olives, salt and pepper to taste and mix together.

  2. Dressing: olive oil( 4 tea spoons for 600grams of salad)+ lemon to taste.
