Stuffed peppers without the Heinz 57 sauce added....when adding to Food Log..add in about 1/3 cup 57 sauce to get caloric level

Recipe Ingredients for My Stuffed Peppers

1 lb hamburger
5 green peppers
1 1/2 cups rice
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Recipe Directions for My Stuffed Peppers

  1. Precook rice

  2. Brown hamburger in skillet

  3. Add rice, egg, sauce, salt and garlic salt

  4. Stuff into pepper and cover top wth light coating of 57 sauce

  5. Place in casserole dish and cover.

  6. Microwave on Power 6 about 20 minutes
