Delicious spanish rice, made at home.

Recipe Ingredients for My Spanish Rice

2.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular
0.5 cup Tomato Products
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.25 medium White Onion
1 clove Garlic
2.5 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Coriander Leaf, Dried

Recipe Directions for My Spanish Rice

Heat oil in large skillet. Add chopped onion, saute until softened. Add rice and over medium heat cook, stirring constantly until it barely starts to brown. Add garlic, cook for about 1 minute more. Add tomato sauce, broth, and cilantro. Stir well and let come to a boil. Turn down to low, cover and cook for 15 or 20 minutes, check and stir. Rice should be fairly dry and flaky. If not, steam a little more. Enjoy!
