Recipe Ingredients for My Shake

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Gala Apple
1 cup, halves Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries
2 cup Spinach
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for My Shake

Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink 1.5 pints for Breakfast and 1.5 pints for lunch.
