Recipe Ingredients for My Santa Fe Rice and Beans

1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 squash
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup rice
1 cup black beans
1 cup kidney beans
1 tomatoes

Recipe Directions for My Santa Fe Rice and Beans

dice veggies, brown meat, combine meat, veggies, rice and broth into dish & bake at 350 for 1/2 hr or until most of the broth is obsorbed. Add salt & pepper, cayenne pepper, chili pepper or cajin seasoning to taste. Can sub veggies for whatever you like.
