Recipe Ingredients for My sandwich spread

2 c yogurt
0.24 c feta cheese
2 T fresh lime juice
1 t red pepper flakes
2 T mustard powder
2 T chopped garlic
1/4 t black pepper
1 1/2 t cumin

Recipe Directions for My sandwich spread

  1. drain whey from yogurt - best to use cheesecloth overnight but I just dump it the standing whey off.

  2. add all ingredients and spread 1 to 2 T on a sandwich.
