Recipe Ingredients for my salad

3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 medium Avocado
3 cups Spring Mix
2 cups Romaine Lettuce
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Parsley
2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
8 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
0.176 oz Juice
2 oz Juice
1 oz Mint
1 oz Oregano
2 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for my salad

make salad by cutting veggies into bite sized pieces, then make dressing by mixing the oil, lemon juice, and seasonings, also salt to taste, and toss together with veggies, avocado and black olives.
