Recipe Ingredients for My Quick Spaghetti

1 lbs sweet Italian sausage
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tbs garlic, minced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup red wine
6 oz tomato paste
30 oz canned tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbs Italian seasoning
8 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for My Quick Spaghetti

  1. Brown Italian sausage, onion and green pepper until sausage is cooked through. Add garlic and saute for 1minute.

  2. Add wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Toss with your favorite pasta.
