Healthy whole-grain bread and EVOO snack. Better than buttered toast.

Recipe Ingredients for My Pressed Garlic Toast with Mustard

1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 slice whole wheat bread
2 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs yellow mustard

Recipe Directions for My Pressed Garlic Toast with Mustard

  1. Mix olive oil and spices together.

  2. Heat frying pan.

  3. Coat one side of bread lightly with oil mixture, press onto hot pan.

  4. Coat other side with oil and flip.

  5. Keep flipping and pressing until toast is flat and slightly blackened.

  6. Cut into triangles and enjoy with mustard.
