I start the day with this as this is where I try get my brain fuel in - breakfast being the most NB meal of the day, I fill myself up, which is great for the soul and keeps hunger away til the afternoon. I will sometimes add a extra small banana to the mix for an extra boost and makes it even more like a treat!

Recipe Ingredients for My Power Breakfast

177 g skim milk (3/4 cup)
28 g oat bran, dry (3 tbsp)
12 g oatmeal, quick oats dry (1tbsp)
10 g linseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed (2 tsp)

Recipe Directions for My Power Breakfast

  1. oats and oat bran in a bowl

  2. add milk

  3. stir nicely

  4. pop in microwave for 1min 20 sec

  5. stir - add more milk or boiling water if too thick

  6. sprinkle seeds ontop

  7. Enjoy!
