Lighter calorie version of American style potato salad

Recipe Ingredients for My potato salad

1 pound red potatoes
1/2 cup
1/4 green onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for My potato salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Chop onions and celery.

  2. After the potatoes are finished cooking, and while still warm, slice in quarters. Add vinegar.

  3. Mix all ingredients except mayo in a bowl. Add mayo and mix well. Refrigerate before serving. Salt and pepper if necessary at the table.
