My Pot Roast Recipe

I've never done it with squash and sweet potatoes! Hopefully it won't be a disaster. :)

Recipe Ingredients for my pot roast

1 piece,+cooked,+excluding+refuse boneless chuck roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 bouillon cubes
3 cups water
2 cups sweet potatoes, cubed
1 cup butternut squash, cubed
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
4 carrots, skinned and sliced
3 medium Celery
1 tablespoon oregano

Recipe Directions for my pot roast

  1. brown roast slowly, medium heat on both sides, remove from skillet, and place in pot including the drippings.

  2. salt and pepper to taste, or omit.

  3. Fill pot with 3 cups water, the beef cubes, and all the veggies/oregano.

  4. Let meat and veggies cook slowly for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

  5. Enjoy!
